Veronica Armstrong will share the benefits of speech contests and what a judge’s duties and criteria are. A Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), Veronica is a communications consultant and lawyer. She is the chief judge for District 21 and District 96’s corporate club coordinators’ mentor. Veronica was named BC’s Toastmaster of the Year (2013 – 2014) for her passion and energy in rejuvenating corporate clubs and changing perceptions about the role of corporate clubs in the District’s success.
